This heritage-listed landmark building at 1 Martin Place underwent specialist façade maintenance works to restore the performance of its glazing system. The project involved the removal of existing aluminium trims and the replacement of rubber seals across approximately 2,020m² of glazing, using Dow Corning 795 structural silicone to enhance the building’s weatherproofing performance.
Working on a prominent heritage-listed commercial building required meticulous planning and careful execution to preserve the building’s architectural character while delivering a high-quality, long-lasting outcome.
Whatever the structural challenge, we will devise the right solution and see it through, on schedule, on budget, and to the highest standard.
