The 6-storey building known as ‘Hyde Park Apartments’ was built in the early 1900’s and had been largely neglected. A diverse range of restoration works were required to bring the building back to its former glory.

The major scope of works involved structural rectification including, replacement of 2 brick walls, roof-top waterproofing, concrete repair to balconies, facade waterproof membrane coating and external painting.

Other works included replacement of the concrete corbel to the front facade, replacement of all external aged plumbing pipe work and electrical, internal repairs to timber doors and windows, and internal painting.

The result is a fresh new look to what had been a rather tired building.
