Structural cracking to the façade of the building was repaired using Helibars and Helities. Building facades and all timber windows were repainted.

Balconies on the top 2 floors had their tiles removed, were re-waterproofed and re-tiled in order to rectify a failure in the waterproofing membrane. All balcony steel balustrades were repainted. Our Coating Thickness Gauge ensured the Dry Film Thickness was applied according to specifications and standards. Bathroom renovations were carried out, including rectifying water penetration issues resulting from bathroom waterproofing failures.
