This occupied multi-residential development underwent a comprehensive remediation program to address building deterioration, improve waterproofing performance and restore key structural and external elements. The works included concrete repairs, podium waterproofing, façade restoration and a range of structural upgrades and external improvements to enhance the building’s long-term durability and functionality.
Delivered within a live residential environment, the project required careful staging and coordination to maintain safe access for residents while minimising disruption throughout construction.
