A program of façade improvement works to enhance the performance of the building envelope and its weatherproofing, including the installation of new façade and window flashings, along with additional remedial works identified and addressed during construction. Delivered within an operational club and gym, works were carefully staged to maintain safe, uninterrupted access for members and staff throughout.
