Extensive balcony remediation across this strata complex, renewing waterproofing systems and addressing deterioration to finishes, render and balustrades. Existing tiles and mortar beds were removed back to the structural substrate, enabling installation of new waterproofing membranes and drainage systems, followed by new tiled finishes to complete each balcony.
