Located in Narrabeen, this three-storey residential development received a significant upgrade to its external building elements, with works focused on improving weatherproofing, façade performance and the longevity of external finishes. The project included replacement of windows and balcony sliding doors, waterproofing to balconies and courtyards, façade coating repairs and a range of external restoration works.
Working within an occupied residential complex, construction was carefully staged to maintain resident access and minimise disruption throughout the project.
The completed works enhanced the building’s weatherproofing performance, renewed key external elements and improved the durability of the façade. Through careful planning and coordination, the project was delivered with minimal disruption to residents while providing a high-quality, long-term solution suited to the building’s coastal location.
