Rising 33 storeys, this residential complex required extensive external remediation across its concrete façade, parking levels and 176 steel balconies. Specialist rope access allowed high level repairs without extensive fixed access systems, treating concrete deterioration, rust and corrosion while upgrading waterproofing to exposed building elements.
