Extensive façade and waterproofing remediation across this multi-level residential building, including large-scale cavity flashing replacement throughout the façade, major brickwork reconstruction, and targeted balcony and terrace remediation. Upper-level terraces were stripped back to the structural slab, with new waterproofing membranes, drainage and tiled finishes installed to restore long-term weather protection.
