Water ingress affecting multiple apartments required a coordinated investigation and rectification program within this occupied residential building. The works focused on identifying the source of water penetration, rectifying window-related issues and repairing consequential internal damage to restore the affected apartments.
The project required close coordination with residents, as works were undertaken within occupied units and included the temporary removal and reinstatement of kitchens, repairs to internal finishes and mould remediation.
The works successfully resolved the identified water ingress issues and restored the affected apartments to a high standard. Through careful planning and communication, the project was completed with minimal disruption while ensuring residents could safely remain in their homes wherever possible.
