Comprehensive restoration of a heritage-listed three-storey commercial building constructed in 1882. Works included careful restoration of original windows and façade features, structural repairs to historic sandstone brickwork, full roof replacement, rendering and painting throughout. All works were sensitively executed to preserve the building’s heritage character while restoring its structural integrity and long-term performance.
