Waterproofing failure to the swimming pool and planter box areas had allowed sustained water ingress into the podium slab, causing deterioration of the concrete structure above the basement. Remediation works included installation of a new waterproofing system, concrete spalling repairs to the affected structure, and refurbishment of the pool area. The completed works restored structural integrity and improved the long-term durability and presentation of the podium.
