Structural façade cracking was remediated using HeliBar crack stitching and HeliTie remedial wall tie systems, restoring the integrity of the masonry. The façade, timber windows and balcony balustrades were repainted to the specified dry film thickness. Top-floor balconies were stripped back, re-waterproofed and re-tiled, while bathrooms and common property terraces were renovated to rectify existing waterproofing failures.
