Penthouse balcony remediation within an occupied residential apartment building. Works included replacement of the balcony waterproofing system with associated flashings, concrete crack repairs, rendering and repainting to prevent further water ingress. Additional investigations identified further defects, enabling a comprehensive long-term solution to be developed and implemented.
