Crack Injections
Although concrete, properly formulated and applied, can be waterproof, weak points exist wherever there’s a join or whenever a crack occurs due to natural shrinkage. These locations are vulnerable to water entering and corroding the reinforcing steels. Crack Injection is the low-pressure application of a special epoxy resin to completely fill all the space within the crack. When cured, the resin is as hard as the surrounding concrete, helping maintain structural integrity.

Hitech Remedial was contracted to complete a very significant body of remedial work on our beach villas. I found the Hitech team to be highly professional and easy to deal with. This has meant that some items have been completed to a standard well above that originally specified by the insurance company assessors.
